Armed Conflicts Might be Unavoidable Between Puntland and Somaliland.

After the ugliest marriage of Somalia and Somaliland was over 90s, there are emerged a tiny province proclaimed itself Puntalnd . It founded a bunch of criminals, remnants of ex-regime and pirates.  Literary, it used to be fishermen sea port, but turn out a sin city now. Although, there are many decent people, but drug-deals, sex-traffickers, pirates and rapists have more power than them. Even so, everybody anticipated to be a pirate one day, because the pirates are role model for new generation and they are getting married, taking care families with ransom money from ships, tankers, yachts and food distribution trucks leased by world food.

There are many people fled away in danger like Mogadishu and there are many Ethiopian who would like to sail to Yemen by smuggling. Anyone who has no relatives or does not come strong tribe would have been raped, for women, robbing, and killing, particularly, it occurs in day light to rape the women.  Everything happens beyond the belief, there are no trees to cool you off, forests have been chopped down so as to make a charcoal to export to gulf regions specially Dubai in order emirates to smoke long pipes of tobacco (shish) and watch the belly-dancers.

Besides that, there are large numbers of Somali Diaspora who are their ancestors come from Garowe, Bosaaso and galkacio so-called puntland have been support them, one way or the other. I noticed that all translators, deal maker are from Europe and North America, because it is a weird that skinny, immortals   are un able to navigate ships and communicate with pilots, maritime and ship pilots. I won’t believe that those pirates are travel to far east to buy speed boats and ammunition, of course, there must be individuals  who  has got genuine passports to  help with them.

On the other hand, there are a thousands of pirates handed over Somaliland, some caught them by NATO warships others have been caught by Somaliland coast guards, so it cost s substantial amount of money to feed them as long as they are in behind bars. Yet, they are getting across into red sea and border as well so as to hijack commercial boats for ransom money. There is a lot of work to do; however, the international community is spending billions of dollars to where there is no light at the end of the tunnel rather than vibrant and functioning government of Hon: Reyaale.

However, only few people are understand what Somaliland is going through, despite of sleeping- cells guys who are living  among its population who are looking for power vacuum so as to jump on the leadership, weak Somali transition government has enormous pressure to block investors and diplomacy. It has been waiting for recognition almost twenty years, although they make a big difference, but the infrastructure is poor. For this reason, it needs to open loans from World Bank or IMF to sustain security and their development.
 
In conclusion, I do not know much about politics, but I was critically outspoken of Reyaales policy, hence I believe he is not a divider, but the only and the only one who unified us. There has never been anybody like him. There are still some problems in las anood, but he has accomplished his mission.
 
In my opinion, war is always wrong as first option, but puntland posted threat on Somaliland .particularly in las anood, so there must be preemptive war to garowe for taking care of them.      If you want to make a peace in las anood, first, prepare a war, and one has to tell the truth to them. They know who suicide bombers are.  There is a dilemma of having clan affiliation by one leg in puntland and the other leg in Somaliland takes you nowhere. The bottom line is las anod is a part and parcel of Somaliland.
